Using genboox to generate, distribute, or sell content is allowed, but you are solely responsible for what you create and how it is used.

User Accounts

Purchases and Payments

If you purchase premium features, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. No refunds are issued unless required by law.

Generated Content

By using genboox, you grant us the right to store, use, and showcase any content generated through the Service for marketing, analytics, or improvement purposes.

You still fully own the content you generate and are free to sell it, distribute it, publish it, or use it however you like.

We won’t resell your content as standalone products, but we may use portions for demos or examples.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Reverse engineering or copying the site
• Interfering with the site’s security or users’ experience

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, genboox and its team are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
